SFI victorious in Kerala University union, senate polls

In the university union accounts committee, four out of five seats were bagged by SFI, with KSU winning one.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The SFI has emerged victorious in both Kerala University union and senate elections. The results were announced on Tuesday. In the university union executive committee, SFI bagged 12 out of 15 seats whereas KSU and AISF bagged two and one seats, respectively. In the university union accounts committee, four out of five seats were bagged by SFI, with KSU winning one.

Aashitha S. of ICMA College, Neyyar Dam, was elected as Union Chairperson and Amal R. of Loyola College became the General Secretary. In senate elections, five out of 10 seats were bagged by SFI, four by KSU and one by AISF. Rahil R. Nath was elected to senate from Thiruvananthapiram and Ravikumar R. was selected from Kollam.
