VISAKHAPATNAM: Regional coordinator for YSRC in north Andhra and TTD chairman Y.V. Subba Reddy underlined that the state government will not remain silent if false propaganda is being spread against volunteers.

He maintained that Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has been making negative comments against volunteers only to seek publicity. However, the JS chief’s statements have emotionally hurt the volunteers, even though the statements have been made at the behest of TD president N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Answering questions on Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy shifting to Visakhapatnam, Subba Reddy said the CM will be doing so in September.

Commenting on Kola Guruvulu’s appointment as Vizag district YSRC president, the party regional coordinator said: “The Chief Minister is committed to uplifting the BC community. Selecting Kola Guruvulu means Jagan Mohan Reddy is honouring BCs. It further shows the CM has confidence in Kola’s ability to draw the north Andhra BC community towards YSRC.

Earlier on Friday, the TTD chairman participated in Groove Snap Fest, a job fair organised by Andhra Pradesh Electronics and Information Technology Agency in collaboration with different IT companies of Visakhapatnam.
