RLDA call bids for leasing its land in Dharmavaram

ANANTAPUR: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) on Tuesday invited bids for leasing out a land parcel of 3.5 acres at Dharmavaram in Satya Sai district for commercial development on a lease of 45 years at a reserve price of ₹9.58 crore. The land parcel is located off the Station Road adjacent to Chennai-Anantapur Highway (NH-716). The location is accessible from all parts of the city and comes within the area of Anantapur-Hindupur Urban Development Authority.

RLDA vice chairman Ved Parkash Dudeja said the land parcel, being strategically located near Dharmavaram Railway Station, the primary rail link of Sri Sathya Sai district, has immense development potential. It is also the gateway to Puttaparthi, the famous international spiritual centre with Sathya Sai Baba's Maha Samadhi, where large numbers of devotees come from across the globe. The last date for submission of e-bids is September 13.
