HC Grants Anticipatory Bail to TD Leader Dhulipalla

VISHAKHAPATNAM: Andhra Pradesh High Court granted anticipatory bail to Telugu Desam leader and Sangam Dairy chairman Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar and others in a case of attempt to murder here on Friday.

The petitioner Ramu in his plea alleged that when a section of farmers hailing from Rangapuram village of Lingapalem mandal in Eluru district, supplying milk to the local milk centre working under Sangam Dairy, went to the Sangam Dairy located in Vadlamudi village in Chebrolu mandal in Guntur distric recently, to seek their arrears, there was an altercation.

Accordingly, Ramu lodged a complaint with the Chebrolu police who in turn booked a case under relevant provisions and named Narendra Kumar as accused no. 14 and Janaki Ramaiah as accused no. 15 in the FIR.
The court granted anticipatory bail to the TD leaders.
