Students ask Telangana to blacklist errant colleges
If private colleges continue with their demands, students sought blacklisting of such institutions by the government.
HYDERABAD: Even as the deadlock continues between government and private medical colleges over fee hike for PG medical and dental courses, undergraduate doctors aiming for higher studies have appealed to the government not to concede to the demands of private managements. They alleged that the demands of the private medical colleges was not justified and they would deprive of meritorious students from poor financial background of higher education opportunities. “Private college managements seek to make medical education into a business and the Telangana government should not allow it,” students said. If private colleges continue with their demands, students sought blacklisting of such institutions by the government.
