Counselling session for minor drivers
The counselling session was conducted for all of them at the Red rose function hall in Nampally on Wednesday.
Hyderabad: In a special drive which was conducted on Monday and Tuesday, Hyderabad city's south district traffic police conducted a counselling session/counselling sessions for 160 minors who were caught red-handed while driving.
As a part of the special drive, a total of 172 cases were booked in Traffic South District — 69 minors were caught in the West/Central zone, 60 minors were caught in the East zone, and 43 minors were caught in the South zone. The counselling session was conducted for all of them at the Red rose function hall in Nampally on Wednesday.
K. Babu Rao, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic-II, Hyderabad, said, “It has been observed that many minors these days are violating the MV Act rules by driving despite not being of the prescribed age limit.
