Kozhikode: Parties support cleanliness drive

KOZHIKODE: An all-party meeting convened by Mayor Thottathil Raveendran has  decided to take steps to check the spread of  fever in the city limits. The meeting held at the corporation office on Saturday  sought the cooperation  of all political parties during the intensive cleaning drive  on June 27, 28 and 29.

The members of political parties and  voluntary organisations who participated in the meeting agreed to carry out source reduction campaigns for the elimination of mosquito breeding spots. The meeting was held under the direction of Local Administration Minister Dr K.T. Jaleel.
