IMA adopts village under Aao Gaon Chale'

ADILABAD: Indian Medical Association’s Dasnapur branch has adopted Ankapur village in Adilabad Rural mandal under 'Aao Gaon Chale' programme taken up across the country. 

Members of IMA Dasnapur visited the village and issued identity cards to all the families in the village to get free lifetime services at Srinivasa Nursing Home in Adilabad on Sunday. 

Under the IMA programme, the doctor couple Dr Rama, who is also the acting president of the branch, and Dr Ashok announced that they had adopted the village to extend free medical services to the residents of the village. DMHO Dr Narender Rathod, IMA Dasnapur Branch general secretary Dr P. Shyamprasad and village elders were present.
