Cops release Bachupally theft suspects' sketches
According to the victims, the suspects are aged around 30 years and were riding a bike without a number plate.
Hyderabad: The Bachupally police, who are investigating robbery cases reported on Monday night, has released the sketches of the suspects.
Unidentified robbers went on a looting spree, targeted a SUV and decamped gold jewellery.
According to the police, Bommala Mahesh Kumar, 25, driver of a vehicle on hire with HSBC, had gone to INCOIS X roads in Pragathi Nagar for picking up employees and the bike-borne suspects came in the opposite direction and intercepted him.
They attacked him with beer bottles and bricks. Later, they snatched the GPS device fixed in the vehicle. After the incident, when the victim was proceeding to the police station to lodge a complaint, he noticed the same suspects assaulting two more persons and looting their gold chains. P. Satyanarayana Reddy lost 5 tolas and L. Bharath lost 17 tolas.

The police said the suspects used a modified Bajaj Pulsar. “One of them is 5-feet 10 inch tall and well-built and had a kerchief tied to his hair. The second person is 5-feet 4 inch tall,” said Mr Balak-rishna, inspector, Bachupally.
