3 Peddlers Held with 12 Grams of MDMA

Hyderabad: TSNAB in coordination with Dabeerpura Police arrested three persons in connection with drug peddling. The suspects were found in possession of 12 grams of the narcotic drug MDMA, a bike and 3 mobile phones, all worth Rs 2 lakh.

The accused identified as Mirza Asghar Ali Baig, Md Sajid and Md Abdul Salam Khan. According to the police, the three have been involved in drug peddling for approximately two years, distributing MDMA to consumers in Hyderabad. They procure the drug in bulk quantities from known sources and sell it at a higher price, generating easy money. Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Asghar Ali and Sajid in Dabeerpura while they were trying to supply the drug to a peddler, Md Abdul Salam Khan. Further probe is on.
