Results of SSLC exam at 11 am

As many as 3,135 students took the exam in Kannada and 2,163 in Tami

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The results of the SSLC examinations will be announced on Wednesday. The examination board that met on Tuesday  evening approved the results and decided the moderation. Chief secretary P.K. Mohanty and general education additional chief secretary V.S. Senthil will announce the results at 11 a.m. Elaborate arrangements have been made by IT@School and Kerala State IT Mission to provide the results through various means.

Though the education minister used to announce the results every year, since the election  code of conduct is in place, Mr. Abdu Rabb cannot do it this time.
As many as 4.76 lakh students, including  2.4 lakh boys and 2.3 lakh girls, had taken the examinations. The number is about 5,800 more than that last year.

As many as 583 students appeared for the exams at various centres in the Gulf countries and 813 in  Lakshadweep. Of the 4.7 lakh candidates, 3.2 lakh had taken Malayalam medium and 1.48 lakh English. As many as 3,135 students took the examination in Kannada and 2,163 in Tamil.
