HYDERABAD: Passengers who daily travel by Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) buses from Musheerabad to Nalgonda Crossroads are put to a lot of hardship as there are no proper bus shelters all through the way. They complain that they have to wait on open roads in all weather conditions to board a bus to their destinations.

During peak hours, the situation gets worse with the competition between TSRTC buses and passenger autos to take in passengers which results in frequent traffic jams and heated arguments between drivers of TSRTC buses and auto drivers, commuters complain.

“Drivers of TSRTC buses seem to be always in a hurry and stop buses in the middle of the roads. There is no bus request stop for us immediately after the Malakpet railway station,” G. Lalitha, a passenger said.

Though there is a bus stop near the Government School, Musheerabad, it is hardly used. Majority of passengers who travel from Musheerabad to Midhani depot via Malakpet say that they do not have a bus stop near Raja Deluxe Road at Musheerabad.

“Other passengers and I have to request the driver to stop the bus near Raja Deluxe Theatre. There is a need for a bus stop here as hundreds of people travel to L B Nagar, B N Reddy Nagar till Midhani depot, K. Arjun, another passenger said.
