Kochi: A social worker based in Thrissur has moved the Kerala High Court seeking  a proper investigation into the abduction of the film actor. The petitioner is Maneesha M. Chathely  who claims to be actively involved in bringing to light the malnutrition among  the tribals of Attappady, especially among pregnant women and children.

“It is reliably learnt that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted for probing the case is proposing to conclude the investigation and submit the final report against Pulsar Suni as the only accused without conducting any investigation implicating any other persons involved in the conspiracy. The police version relying on the  statement of Pulsar Suni that he alone is involved in the above crime is unbelievable to a prudent man,”  she argued.

The Special Investigation Team has come to the conclusion that there is no evidence of any involvement of any other person in the crime when it is revealed that two vehicles followed the vehicle of the victim from Angamaly to Kalamassery. The involvement of other persons in the above crime cannot be ruled out in view of the fact that the prime accused sent torture images of the victim using social medial tools, she said.
