Nandyal Bags Two Tourism Awards

Nandyal: Ahobilam, a temple town in Nandyal district, has achieved the Best Rural Tourism Village Award.

The 46th Peethadhipathi of Sri Ahobila Mutt received the award from minister R.K. Roja in Vijayawada on Wednesday.

The Peethadhipathi expressed his gratitude to senior officials for playing a crucial role in this achievement. Specifically, he named Kanna Babu, Nishanthi, Malreddy, district tourism officer Satyanarayana and assistant tourism officer Gopal.

Further, Pandurangapuram gram panchayat in Nandyal mandal has received the Best Civic Management Tourist Destination Award. It was received from the tourism minister by village sarpanch Yarrabolu Dolavathy.

District panchayat officer Manjula Vani and EO (P&RD) D. Mahidhar Reddy were present.
