TRS MLC Palla Rajeswar Reddy defends survey
He said his party had expected the survey results to disturb the Opposition parties in the state whose leaders have lost credibility with the people.
Hyderabad: TRS MLC Palla Rajeswar Reddy on Sunday defended the survey conducted by the TRS and said all such previous surveys had proved correct. “The survey is based on facts and figures, taking into account what people think about the performance of the government and legislators,” he added. He said his party had expected the survey results to disturb the Opposition parties in the state whose leaders have lost credibility with the people. He said a previous survey done before the Warangal byelection had predicted a massive majority for the TRS candidate, and other party candidates losing their deposits, and it came true.
He claimed that the CM has implemented all his election promises and if the Opposition is panicking about their prospects, the TRS cannot help that. Referring to Congress leader Komatireddy Venkata Reddy's challenge for a by-election for the Nalgonda Lok Sabha seat, Mr Rajeswara Reddy said Mr Komatireddy will have to quit politics as he will be defeated in Nalgonda Assembly seat. He claimed that the Chief Minister has implemented all his election promises and if the Opposition is panicking about their prospects, the TRS cannot help that.
