Guard found dead inside Kovai ATM
The dead person was identified as Shanmugam, 65, a resident of Indra Nagar, who was working for a private security service.

Coimbatore: A 65-year-old security guard was found dead inside an ATM centre under mysterious circumstance in Coimbatore on Wednesday.
According to police, on receiving information from members of the public, Race course police rushed to spot and found the security guard of an ATM there dead.
The deceased remained frozen in sitting position inside the ATM Centre near district collector’s office.
The dead person was identified as Shanmugam, 65, a resident of Indra Nagar, who was working for a private security service.
Police suspect it to be a case of natural death. However, the body of the deceased person was sent to Coimbatore Medical college hospital (CMCH) for post-mortem. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
