Anila Jyothi Reddy ignites young students' minds
From rags to riches: Rise of a woman from labourer to CEO.
Karimnagar: Sree Chaitanya Educational Institutions (SCEI) conducted an interactive and motivational programme for its students on the premises of Sree Chaitanya College of Engineering by D. Anila Jyothi Reddy, founder-CEO of Key Software Solutions in the USA and social worker.
She, a farm labourer of Warangal district, rose to an IT firm’s CEO in America.
Ms Jyothi Reddy shared her success story with the students of the engineering college for over 2 hours, motivating youngsters. She said that poverty was not a hurdle for reaching one’s goals. “One should not compromise in life, No condition is permanent and nothing is impossible,” she told the participants.
Citing her experiences in overcoming hardships, the CEO narrated contours of her life right from a farm labourer to millionaire by establishing a company whose turnover is over Rs 100 crore in USA. She stressed on the need to achieve financial independence among girls by improving academic qualifications fighting against all odds internally as well as externally.
The inspirational woman recollected that being a girl from small village of Warangal district, she had taken the initiative of thinking differently to reach the goals. She clarified doubts and answered questions posed by the students.
Apparently, her passion and zeal for life and achieving greatness inspired all the students.
The speaker was felicitated by the management of the college for organising the motivational programme. Around 1,000 students turned up for the event.
SCEI chairman M. Laxma Reddy, secretary and correspondent M. Ramesh Reddy, directors Dr B. Madhusudhan Reddy, K. Narender Reddy, principals Vijen-der Reddy, Dr N.G. Raghavender Rao, Dr Prasad Raju, Dr R.V.R.K. Chalam and several faculty members attended the programme.
