CRDA Continues Destroying Unauthorised Layouts
VIJAYAWADA: As part of their continuing operations, authorities of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) on Thursday destroyed internal roads and survey stones of two unauthorised real estate layouts at Sheri Narasanna Palem (SN Palem) in Bapulapadu mandal of Krishna district.
In addition, the demolition squads used excavators to uproot water pipelines and drainage systems.
APCRDA commissioner Vivek Yadav has warned real estate developers that selling plots without obtaining permission from the capital region authority is a crime that is punishable. He informed general public that they should be careful before purchasing plots, as they could be unauthorised layouts.
The commissioner made it clear that permissions will be given to ventures that follow rules and regulations. They must provide infrastructure facilities, such as roads, water supply, drainage and other amenities.
Vivek Yadav asked public to inform CRDA about unauthorised layouts that are coming up, so that people would not get cheated. They can contact CRDA on WhatsApp No. 70955 99838 or website http://crda.ap.gov.in
