Rs 5 lakh reward for clues to missing son

Hyderabad: A timber trader in Kodangal of Vikarabad district, Afroz Khan, has announced a Rs 5 lakh cash reward for clues leading to the rescue of his missing son Raza Khan. The Kodangal police has formed a special team to trace the boy, who is nine years old.

The boy is the only son of Afroz Khan and studies in a madrasa in the town. He was last seen by his cousin, both of them cycling in an open area. His cousin noticed the nine-year-old missing and alerted their family members, who started a search in the neighbourhood.

Afroz Khan’s younger brother Ashraf Khan said that they are continuing the search for the child. “We have announced a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh to anyone who gives a clue about our child,” he said.
