Navanaami launches ultra luxury project in the midst of 1,200 acre greenery

Hyderabad: Navanaami, the Hyderabad-based developer of luxury real estate projects, on Thursday unveiled its new ultra luxury project Megaleio at Appa Junction Peerancheru.

Speaking at an event to announce the project, Naveen Gadde, the founder and managing director of Navanaami, said the ultra luxury project will have 150 residences over 50 floors.

The USP of the 4.1-acre project, according to Gadde, is pristine greenery spread over 1,200 acres and the city’s two protected water bodies — Himayatsagar and Osmansagar.

The project will have five-bedroom flats with an area of 11,111 square feet, 9,999 square feet and 8,888 square feet. The flats will be priced between `8 crore and `12 crore and will be delivered in the next four years.

The company which was established in 2005, had already completed 14 projects — 12 in Hyderabad and two in Bengaluru. In future, it plans to explore real estate markets in tier-2 cities such as Bhubaneswar, Raipur and Indore.
