Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav Take Same Flight to Delhi Amid Coalition Meetings

Nitish Kumar's JDU secured 12 out of 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar.

The results for the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections were announced on June 4 with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) securing 240 seats, falling 32 seats short of the majority. Now the BJP has to form the government with help of its allies which includes Nitish Kumar's JDU and N Chandrababu Naidu's Telugu Desam Party.

Nitish Kumar's JDU secured 12 out of 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar and videos have emerged online of Nitish Kumar and RJD's Tejashwi Yadav taking the same flight to Delhi for the Coalition meetings.
Both NDA and INDIA alliance are holding meetings in Delhi for coalition talks to form the government at the Centre. INDIA Bloc secured 234 seats in the election and BJP-led NDA secured 292 seats, 20 more than the magic figure of 272. Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu are the key figures for NDA to form the government. With the JDU Chief and his opposition leader taking the same flight on the day when coalition talk is taking place, gives rise to speculations.
Nitish Kumar is known for flip flopping alliances but his close aide and JDU leader KC Tyagi told ANI yesterday that the party will stay in NDA.
