People have decided to vote for Kaamdaar, says Smriti Irani

Mysuru: Union minister and BJP leader Smriti Irani said that in every corner of the country, citizens who want development, security, honour for women and a powerful prosperous nation, have already decided to vote for ‘Kaamdaar’ and not ‘Naamdaar’ to bring Narendra Modi back to power at the Centre.
She was addressing a gathering at Gonikoppa in Kodagu while campaigning for Mysuru-Kodagu candidate Pratap Simha on Sunday. She said, “Congress and JD (S) leaders in the state fought each other and now, the same coalition partners have united to protest and defend contractors in whose houses money looted from the treasuries of the government and black money was hidden.”
She added, “A former prime minister of the Congress once said that this country has not been able to prosper because a Rupee released in Delhi becomes a paltry 10 paise by the time it reaches beneficiaries in towns and villages. Where does 90 paise go? Congress leaders will not reveal it but the public know it. This is the legacy Congress-led UPA governments have left behind. When people decided to make Modi, the Pradhaan Sevak, he decided that the poor will no longer be kept away from the fruits of development and subsidies reach the beneficiaries directly. And hence 30 crore citizens including 1 crore 40 lakh people in Karnataka received subsidies in bank accounts opened under the financial inclusion programme which began under the name Jan Dhan.”
