Hyderabad: Jailed conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar on Friday released a media statement through his counsel claiming that he had delivered Rs 15 crore to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) office in 2020 (now BRS) on the directions of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The letter has been issued through advocate Anant Malik.

He claimed that he had all the evidence in this regard in the form of 700 pages of WhatsApp and Telegram chats with Kejriwal and jailed AAP leader Satyendar Jain and that he would release them next week.

The statement said, “Kejriwalji, I am going to show a trailer of the chat related to 2020 in which 15 kg ghee — code word for crore set by you and Mr Jain, which was delivered by me personally i.e., 15 crore rupees paid on your behalf at a political office, party office of TRS to one of the Accused of the ongoing Liquor Case (sic)."

The statement further claimed that Kejriwal wanted him to drop this “'15 kg ghee” or Rs 15 crore at Hyderabad because he mentioned there were five cases of “ghee” — which is five instalments of Rs 15 crore— which was already at Hyderabad.

Chandrasekhar further stated in his claim, "The amount was being converted for you as you had suggested that 15 which was from my side to be delivered to Hyderabad at the TRS party office to the person "AP" in a Range Rover 6060 parked inside the office."

Chandrasekhar warned Kejriwal that he would have no face to show once all the details of the statement mentioned would be released.

"This is one of the 700 chats. So now your countdown has begun, my brother, stop troubling my family. This is the last time I am telling you. I assure you I will make sure you will be shaken out from the chair of power. All your golmal and corruption will be in open. Get Ready," the conman, who is now in Tihar jail, wrote.
