Rahul was addressing public at a meeting in Kalwakurthy on Wednesday. He asked the BJP how could it dream of making an OBC as the CM even while it cannot get 2 per cent of the votes.
The Congress had punctured all the four tyres of the BJP but the party seems to have failed to recognise this. First get your tyres in order and then begin making promises, he said.
The Congress MP also mocked at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said: “Neither can he make an OBC as the CM of Telangana nor another OBC as the American President.”
