TPCC pays homage to YSR on his death anniversary

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) on Friday paid rich tributes to former chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy on his death anniversary at Gandhi Bhavan. TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy garlanded the portrait of Rajasekhar Reddy.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that when Rajasekhar Reddy was the chief minister, he had introduced several welfare schemes like Arogyasri, which assures quality medical treatment to poor families. He also mentioned the fee reimbursement scheme and Indiramma housing scheme, which were highly appreciated, apart from a number of irrigation projects that came as a shot in the arm for farmers during his tenure.
