TTV Dhinakaran not a factor in RK Nagar bypoll: Minister Sellur K Raju

MADURAI: Expressing confidence that the AIADMK would win the RK Nagar bypoll with a huge margin, Cooperation minister Sellur K Raju said that TTV Dhinakaran was not at all a factor in this election. 

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a government function here on Saturday, Raju said that as they had retrieved the party's 'Two Leaves' symbol, it had created clarity among AIADMK cadres. "Though the DMK is contesting the election with the support of various political parties, peoples' support is with us," he claimed.

To a question about a woman claiming to be the biological daughter of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, he suspected a conspiracy behind it.
