Congress Leaders Approach Governor to Form Next Govt in Telangana

HYDERABAD: Leaders of the Telangana unit of the Indian National Congress paid a visit to Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan to formally stake their claim in forming the next government. The party, having secured 64 seats in the recent assembly elections, is poised to determine the next Chief Minister in the upcoming Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meeting.
