Senior congress leaders do their bit to ensure Congress's win in erstwhile united districts of Khammam and Nalgonda

Senior Congress leaders have shown their mettle in the Telangana assembly elections by helping their party romp home the win.

They worked hard to make the party win in the erstwhile united districts of Khammam and Nalgonda.

CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka won from Madhira in Khammam district, Komatireddy Venkata Reddy from Nalgonda, former PCC president Uttamkumar Reddy from Huzurnagar, Jayveer Reddy, the son of former minister Jana Reddy, from Nagarjuna Sagar, Uttam Padmavathi from Kodada, Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy from Munugodu.

Democracy won in Telangana, says Uttam

Former PCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy thanked the people for the victory. He said this is the last day for BRS in Telangana and the CM candidate will be selected as per AICC's decision.

This victory is satisfying, says Bhatti Vikramarka:

Bhatti Vikramarka, who won a big victory in Madira, said  this victory was very satisfying.

We are thankful to people for crowning Congress party. We will fulfill the guarantees given in the manifesto. We will work to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of the people of Telangana who have fought for water, funds and schedules. He thanked the people of Madhira Constituency for winning with the highest majority.
