Actor Raghava Lawrence and Raju Mahalingam of Lyca Productions have come out in the open to pledge their support to Rajinikanth’s political venture.
Riaz K Ahmed, Rajinikanth’s Public Relations Officer, took to Twitter to announce Raju Mahalingam’s decision to join the yet-to-be launched party.
“@rajumahalingam resigns from his Creative Head post in @LycaProductions and joins #Rajinikanth's political journey,” Ahmed tweeted. He also quoted Mahalingam as saying: “I have worked with Mr. Rajinikanth for the last three years and I was attracted to his personality and vision. So I decided to join his journey.”
Lawrence, an ardent fan of Rajinikanth, also said he would join the star’s party, but asked media to wait for a formal announcement from him that is expected later this week.
