My birth and death are in TRS, hits back T Harish Rao

Hyderabad: In a strong response to Congress leader Vanteru Pratap Reddy’s allegations that he offered money to have TRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao defeated, caretaker minister T. Harish Rao challenged the former to either prove his allegations or tender unconditional apology. 

Mr Harish Rao said, “My birth and death will be in TRS only.” He also lodged a complaint with the police against Mr Vanteru.  He said Mr Vanteru does not have the following to become even a sarpanch or a ward member. He said he will stay in Gajwel to ensure that Mr Vanteru lost his deposit in the forth coming Assembly elections.

He said in Telangana, the Congress chapter is closed, and the party was not even in a position to field candidates. He said even if Mr Rahul Gandhi or Ms Sonia Gandhi campaigns in Gajwel, they cannot stop the victory of Mr Chandrasekhar Rao.
