HYDERABAD: Animal husbandry minister T. Srinivas Yadav, the BRS candidate from Sanathnagar, said that the party will win over 78 seats and also play a major role in national politics.
“We don’t need anyone's support to form government in the state,” he said while reeling out the developmental schemes that the BRS had taken up over its two terms.
“We are the A team, and not the B team to any party. The BJP and Congress have resorted to match fixing,” the minister said.
He said that the Congress gave tickets to Backward Caste community leaders only from the Old City. He said the Congress had also nominated 27 defectors.

On the issue of damage to the barrages on the Kaleshwaram lift irrigation scheme, Yadav said, “in case there is damage at the Kaleshwaram project, action will be initiated on the contractor.”
