Hyderabad: Telugu Desam MLA and actor Nandamuri Balakrishna has challenged Telangana state caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to step into Andhra Pradesh.
His remarks came after caretaker minister K.T. Rama Rao said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is involving in Telangana politics and warned that if that continues, Mr Rao will also get involved in Andhra Pradesh politics.
Addressing a road show at Gaddiannarm in Hyderabad on Monday evening, Mr Balakrishna said, “The TRS leaders are trying to threaten us by saying that they would come to AP. KCR can just step inside the state and see. As he will get defeated in the elections the people are ready to drive him away, he has to flee away to any other state after the elections. I had given warning to Mr Narendra Modi then and for KCR now. Chandrababu Naidu has gone to several countries and brought investments to Hyderabad, unlike KCR, who is sleeping in his farmhouse. Chandrababu Naidu is a history and KCR is a lottery.”
