Hyderabad: BJP MLA M. Raghunandan Rao asked how BJP state president Bandi Sanjay could be made accused number one (A1) in the SSC paper leak case when the exam began at 9.30 am and, as per the police version, Sanjay had received it only at 11.30 am.

Speaking to reporters at BJP state office here on Thursday, Raghunandan Rao alleged that BRS government had fabricated false cases against Sanjay. Warangal police commissioner A.V. Ranganath had made different versions of the leakage, he said.

“If the accused Shiva Ganesan had shared the paper with various groups, police should reveal the details,” the MLA said. He asked what the police on duty at the exam centre were doing when the question paper was leaked

He called the case a conspiracy to implicate Sanjay as Chief Minsiter K. Chandrashekar Rao was unable to digest the growing popularity of the BJP.

Replying to a question, Raghunandan Rao claimed he did not make any objectionable remarks against DGP Anjani Kumar. “I have given an explanation,” he said.
