YSRC questions Pawan, Purandeswari's silence on Punganur
VIJAYAWADA: AP Planning Board vice-chairman and Central MLA Malladi Vishnu said everyone has condemned the Punganur incident but Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and BJP state president Daggubati Purandeswari have remained tight-lipped.
He said the incident has once again proved that Chandrababu will stoop to any level to get back to power.
Vishnu said unable to confront YSRC politically, Telugu Desam is trying to create an atmosphere of fear by carrying out such attacks.
The MLA pointed out that when in power, TD leaders had attacked officers and MROs. Now, even though they are in opposition, they are attacking policemen.
Ruling YSRC MP Nandigam Suresh observed that Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan are talking like street rowdies. Punganur arson is only the result of Naidu’s provocative speech, he underlined.
The MP said Chandrababu went to use abusive language against police in Punganur, which does not behove a person who has been the chief minister of AP for 14 years.
