UP CM Yogi Adityanath claims BJP key to Telangana state development
nstead of developing the new state, KCR prefers to enrich himself and increase his family's wealth, Mr Yogi said.
Nizamabad: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday said only the Bharatiya Janata Party could prosper Telangana state, which has high resources for development.
Misrule by the K. Chandrasekhar Rao-led government, has trapped the rich state in debts, he criticised. Instead of developing the new state, KCR prefers to enrich himself and increase his family’s wealth, Mr Yogi said.
Speaking at an election campaign meeting in Bodhan on Wednesday, the UP CM said that dynasty rule by parties would not improve the living standards of the people. For positive change in Telangana state, people should elect BJP candidates in the ensuing Assembly elections, he said.
BJP is the only party, which can develop Telangana state on all fronts, he added. Yogi Adityanath said that Telangana Chief Minister KCR has betrayed the people by giving them false promises and has advanced the polls expecting good results, but it will not work out.
The people of Telangana are ready to give a fitting lesson to KCR and his family, he said.
BJP Bodhan MLA candidate Aljapur Srinivas, party district president Palle Ganga Reddy, senior leader N.Indrasena Reddy and others were present.
