MLA Sudhakar threatens to quit, Dr G Parameshwar gives him a stern warning

Bengaluru: A meeting of Chikkaballapura district Congress leaders held at the KPCC office here turned out to be eventful with MLA Dr K. Sudhakar threatening to quit the party and KPCC president Dr G. Parameshwar giving him a stern warning him about his conduct.
The meeting was attended by leaders such K.H. Muniyappa and M. Veerappa Moily besides CM Siddaramaiah. The majority of those who attended, were in favour of removing Dr Sudhakar's father from the ZP president’s post. Mr Muniyappa and Mr Moily too supported the move.
Dr Sudhakar who was upset with this development, threatened to quit the party if his father was removed from the ZP post. At this juncture, Dr Parameshwar intervened and cautioned Dr Sudhakar against making such statements saying the party was bigger than individuals. The party would take care of his family interests if the party's decisions were accepted, the KPCC chief added.
