Bhatti poses PM 18 questions to answer at public meeting
ADILABAD: CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka has written a letter posing 18 questions to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, demanding that he answer them during the public meeting the PM is going to address in Hyderabad.
In his letter, Bhatti Vikramarka alleged that BJP government at the centre has been ignoring promises it made to Telangana in AP Reorganisation Bill in matters of irrigation and other development schemes.
He demanded that the centre publish a white paper listing the promises it had made and implemented. He questioned why BJP has not established a railway coach manufacturing unit at Kazipet. It has also not fulfilled its promises on Bayyaram steep plant and declaring Palmuru-Rangaredy and Kaleshwaram as national projects.
Further, the CLP leader pointed out that the BJP government at centre has not sanctioned a single IIM, IRS, NID, IIIT, or Navodya institute to Telangana. It is discriminating against giving subsidies for establishing industries in Telangana. It has also not sanctioned the tribal university and turmeric board to Telangana.
Bhatti asked why BJP has not ordered a CBI inquiry into the corruption involved in the Kaleshwaram lift irrigation even after its leaders have alleged that KCR has used the project as an ATM machine.
He wanted the PM to clarify what is the internal understanding between BRS and BJP on these matters.
