BJP announced 119 in-charges for street corner meetings

HYDERABAD: For the first time, the BJP will conduct 11,000 street corner meetings across the state from February 10 to 25. As part of Praja Gosha — BJP Bharosa programme, the meetings will be conducted in all 119 Assembly constituencies. BJP state president, MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar will participate at street corner meeting in old Bowenpally under Kukatpally Assembly constituency on Friday.

BJP national vice-president D.K. Aruna at Mahbubnagar Assembly constituency, BJP national general secretary, Telangana state in-charge Sunil Bansal at Balkampet in Sanathnagar Assembly constituency, BJP Madhya Pradesh in-charge P. Muralidhar Rao at Gopinagar in Serilingampally Assembly constituency will participate in street corner meetings.

Meetings coordinator Kasam Venkateshwarlu said that party national and state leaders will participate in launching of the street corner meetings. It is time to oust the Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao from the power and BJP cadre will participate in the Praja Gosha-BJP Bharosa programmes, he said.

BJP national and state leaders will attend as chief guests for the inaugural meetings of the street corners on Friday. Next day onwards that is February 11 to 25 they will participate in other Assembly constituencies. Party senior leaders had already reached their respective Assembly constituencies on Thursday for the street corner meetings.
