YSRC gets good response to its JMB campaign

VIJAYAWADA: The YSRC government is continuing to receiving a good response to its Jagananne Maa Bhavishyatthu mass campaign. Significantly, 10 lakh households participated in the campaign in just one day.

The JMB campaign is continuing for the second day on Saturday in the 15,000-odd Sachivalayams (secretariats) of 175 Assembly constituencies of the state. Legislators, leaders and cadres are visiting houses falling within the area of these secretariats, collecting data on the welfare schemes of the state government, apart from other details.
YSRC leaders say they are getting phone calls from beneficiaries for arriving at their houses for the JMB survey, which will continue till April 20. They are hopeful of Jagananne Maa Bhavishyatthu campaign being a grand success, which will provide them support from masses for the big battle in 2024.

According to an estimate, seven lakh people are involved in this mass interaction campaign. Special kit bags have been provided to them in this regard.

In Vijayawada, AP Planning Board vice-chairman and Central MLA Malladi Vishnu visited houses in Satyanarayanapuram area of the city along with party corporators and leaders. Vishnu said they have the confidence to visit every household as each house has been receiving one welfare scheme or the other of the YSRC government.

Government chief whip Mudunuri Prasadaraju, municipal chairperson Barre Venkataramana participated in the JMB campaign in Narasapuram town. In Eluru district, MLA Dulam Nageswara Rao, MLC Jayamangala Venkataramana are going around in Penchikalamarru village of Kaikaluru mandal. In NTR district, MLA Kokkiligadda Rakshana Nidhi participated in the JMB programme in Tiruvuru town.

In Tirupati district, MLA Koneti Adimulam, accompanied by party leaders, volunteers, householders and secretariat conveners has been going door to door in Kealapudi village of Picchaturu mandal, explained Jagananna's welfare schemes.

They are pasting Jagananna stickers on doors and phones as part of the JMB programme.

MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy participated in the campaign at Korlagunta Maruti Nagar in Tirupati. MLA Monditoka Jagan Mohan Rao could be seen going around in Veladikottapalem village of Chandarlapadu mandal in NTR district. In Nellore district, Kovuru MLA Nallapureddi Prasanna Kumar Reddy organised the JMB programme at Kothur in Indokurupeta.

YSRC MLAs and leaders say as part of the public survey, they are asking heads of households five questions, as listed in their books. All householders are answering that they have got justice from YSRC government and wanted Jagan Mohan Reddy to continue as the CM.
