KCR tormenting and torturing people: Bandi
HYDERABAD: BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar said that people of Telangana state were being tormented by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. IT minister K.T. Rama Rao had his eyes checked up in a Kanti Velugu programme but he is still not able to see clearly the failures of the BRS government, Sanjay said.
Sanjay said that the state had high inflation even as unemployed youth were languishing in the absence of government jobs. Leakage of TSPSC question papers had put the lives of 30 lakh unemployed youth at risk.
He also listed the steep rise in crimes against women, which he said was the worst in south India, increase in cybercrimes, food poisoning cases in residential welfare hostels, and sarpanchs dying by suicide. He said that the BRS government had made the least allocations for education and health sectors in the country.
The BJP leader said the debt-ridden state had not paid unemployment allowance despite a categorical assurance, while getting a 2BHK house remains a distant dream for the poor people. Sanjay alleged that there was massive corruption in the Kaleshwaram lift irrigation scheme and implementation of Dalit Bandhu scheme. Farmers have been left high and dry in the permanent crop insurance scheme and payment of compensation in the name of land acquisition, he said.
He alleged that the state government has diverted funds of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme and encroached lands using Dharani portal. There has been an alarming increase in deaths due to stray dogs and open nalas. The Kalvakuntla family has been torturing people of Telangana but still expects everyone to praise them, Bandi Sanjay tweeted on Sunday.
