AP CM to launch Mass Griha Pravesams' in August

KAKINADA: AP Housing Corporation chairman Dowluri Dorababu said that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would launch a mass house-warming ceremonies (Griha Pravesham) in August as the government provided houses to the poor under the housing scheme Pedalandariki Illu.

He, along with YSRC coordinator for Godavari districts P.V. Mithun Reddy, on
Sunday said that for the first time in the country, Jagan Mohan Reddy
sanctioned 32 lakh houses to the poor  of which 19 lakh beneficiaries
started their constructions. He said that already six lakh houses had been
completed and a plan of action had been prepared for completion of the
remaining houses.

Dorababu said that Jagan Mohan Reddy went to New Delhi recently and called
on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said more houses would be sanctioned
soon. He requested beneficiaries to complete the pending works of the houses
or start the construction works as soon as possible.
