End killings, stop beef talk, Devendra Fadnavis to CM Pinarayi Vijayan
State is facing bigger political issues than beef. Political killing is a much bigger issue, he said.
KOCHI: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan should focus more on ending political killings than spending his time for the cause of beef, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis told reporters on Saturday. “The state is facing bigger political issues than beef. Political killing is a much bigger issue” he said.
On Pinarayi sending letters to other chief ministers in the country on the issue of new regulations on cattle trade for slaughter Fadnavis said he had not received the letter. “I will consider the matter when I receive the letter”, he said. Mr. Fadnavis had a hectic schedule in Kochi during his visit beginning with attending a panthibhojanam at Kunnathunadu. He also held an interactive session with a group of select students and business leaders in the city.
