PK Promises to Resolve People's Grievances
Vijayawada: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has promised to resolve the grievances of the people by bringing them to the notice of the state government. He conducted a Jana Vani programme at Eluru on Monday.
People complained to him about corruption in the public distribution (ration) system, lack of seeds and feeds for aqua farmers and no subsidy for the power supplied to farmers having more than 10 acres of land.
Asha workers complained about meagre wages and non-issue of cards by the transport department.
Arya Vysya Sangham member Satyadev submitted a representation for the setting up of a Potti Sriramulu statue on the premises of the state assembly once the Jana Sena is elected to power.
Accordingly, Pawan Kalyan said he would do so.
Students from the government degree college informed Pawan Kalyan that they were not having proper classrooms even as there were 300 students for five degree courses there. They were sitting under the shade of trees or in open places to attend the classes, they said. Pawan Kalyan said he would try and help them.
