TJS selling tickets, says Jyotsna
Ms Jyotsna alleged that the party's senior leader and former MLC Kapilavai Dileep Kumar was forcibly collecting money from aspirants.
Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi women wing leader Jyotsna on Monday accused the party leadership of selling tickets to aspirants for upcoming Assembly elections by collecting huge amounts. She alleged that some disruptive forces have entered into the Prof. Kodandaramled newly launched party, which were extorting money from the aspirants.
Ms Jyotsna alleged that the party’s senior leader and former MLC Kapilavai Dileep Kumar was forcibly collecting money from aspirants. She demanded that Prof. Kodandaram initiateed action against leaders like Dilip Kumar, or else the TJS would have to pay a heavy price in the upcoming elections.
Speaking to media in Hyderabad on Monday, she announced that she was quitting the party. “I don’t know whether Prof Kodandaram is aware of this or not. Mr Dileep Kumar is collecting money in return for providing tickets. A person named Vishal is threatening me and my husband over phone calls demanding money,” she said.
Ms Jyotsna said that the party leaders were spreading false news that she was resigning because she was denied ticket from Amberpet.
