BJP will form government in Telangana, says Tarun Chugh
Hyderabad: BJP general secretary Tarun Chugh, the party’s TS affairs incharge, on Tuesday asserted that the party would form government in Telangana because the K. Chandrashekar Rao-led BRS had failed the state and its people.
Speaking on the state of affairs in Telangana, Chugh claimed that every group in society was being treated unfairly, while criticising Rao for sitting in Pragati Bhavan in a “narcissistic manner” and for making the youth victims by creating false hopes and providing false promises.
“The system has collapsed in every part of Telangana,” he remarked. Chugh released a list of the candidates for the Teachers' Legislative Council elections, which includes A.V.N. Reddy.
Referring to Rao’s Assembly speech, Chugh claimed that instead of addressing the Telangana people and fulfilling the promises made to them, he focused more on the BJP and the Prime Minister, and that accusing the person who was not present the House was an insult to the floor of the Constitutional panel of the Assembly as well as an affront to the Constitutional values.
“People are fed up with the TRS (BRS). The people of Telangana will teach a befitting lesson to KCR and his party in the upcoming Assembly elections," he said.
