Kannur: BJP state president Kummanam Rajasekharan tweeted on his Twitter account,#JungleRajinKerala, with a video of youngsters celebrating.

“Brutality, beastiality at its worst-Kannur Communists celebrate murder of RSS Karyakartha Biju, whom they beheaded,” he said and added that it was the video of CPM cadres celebrating the murder of RSS worker C. Biju in Kannur on Friday.

However, CPM Kannur district secretary P. Jayarajan dismissed his charge  saying it was the video of some celebration held in the past.

“From the video, even the place where it was held or the faces of the people involved in the celebration are not clear. The claims by the BJP state president are a big lie. The party would check if any such celebrations were held anywhere in the district  of late,” Mr Jayarajan told this newspaper.  He added that the BJP was trying to create an anti-CPM wave in the country by exploiting a murder.

The video does not have any slogans or party flags and no signs of whether that was related to any political party at all.

In the event that takes place during night, some youngsters are seen celebrating. Even the faces are not clear in the video that was tweeted.
