Maiam Whistle App discussed at MNM meet

Chennai: Issues related to effective use of the recently launched ‘Maiyam Whistle App’ was discussed at a meeting of the North zone coordinators of the actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan-founded ‘Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM)’ at their party head office here on Sunday.

The meeting was presided over by the Core committee member A.G. Maurya. C.K. Kumaravel, Mr Sowrirajan, Mr Thangavelu, district in-charges of Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Cuddalore, Vilupuram, Pondicherry, Thiruvannamalai and Vellore participated in the meeting.

More than 300 party members were also in attendance. Membership drive, role of the members in the party, were among the other issues discussed at the meeting.
