Mohammed Mahamood Ali gets Home portfolio

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Thursday allotted portfolio of Home to minister Mohammed Mahamood Ali in the evening. Mr. Ali was sworn in along with him in the afternoon at Raj Bhavan.

He had held the portfolios of Revenue, Stamps and Registration and Relief and Rehabilitation and Urban Land Ceiling earlier as deputy chief minister of the state.

Mr Ali, a close confident  of KCR, was elected as an MLC in 2013.  He is a B.Com graduate.
