Probe N Chandrababu Naidu kin's cos: Plea
Mr Rao appealed that the SFIO and ROC have not taken any action on the complaint he filed with them on November 26.
Hyderabad: Advocate Immineni Srinivas Rao on Thursday filed a petition in the Hyderabad High Court requesting it to direct the Registrar of Companies and Serious Fraud Investigation Office to take action on the complaint he filed with them asking to investigate the transactions of the companies owned by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s family members.
Mr Rao appealed that the SFIO and ROC have not taken any action on the complaint he filed with them on November 26, asking them to look into the transactions of the 20 companies which were registered in the names of the AP CM, his son and minister N Lokesh, wife N Bhuwaneshwari and also daughter-in-law Brahmini, under sections 212 and 217 of Companies Act, and also to assign UAN numbers to them.
He also has made the Union government, ROC, SFIO and also some of the companies, besides including Chandrababu Naidu, as parties in the petition.
