Puducherry: Puducherry Chief Minister V. Narayanasamy on Monday said that the territorial administration would move Supreme Court if Centre makes any diversions from the apex court's February 16 judgment on Cauvery issue in the draft on Cauvery water sharing arrangement.

The Centre on Monday  placed before the Supreme Court a draft of the Cauvery management scheme for sharing water between four states.

The Chief Minister while talking to reporters here said that the Cauvery Management Board (CMB) should be formed following the Supreme Court directions with all powers in such a way that when the Centre fails to implement Supreme Court's directions, the Board itself should implement the same.

"The territorial administration would study the draft submitted by the Centre in the apex court and will move to Supreme Court if there found
any changes in it," he said.

Talking on the issue regarding the tuition fee in private schools the Chief Minister said that private schools cannot overpower the government on tuition fee
issue.

"Schools cannot simply mock the government on the issue. If the schools submit any application to reconsider the fee structure it would be considered," he said.
